Nahid Kalhori

Nahid Kalhori is an Iranian jailed dissident, dissident blogger and student activist. In 2007 Nahid Kalhori joined the Confederation of Iranian Students founded by Amir Abbas Fakhravar and Arzhang Davoodi. CIS is an organization that aims to institute freedom and democracy in Iran. With all her talent to organizing students inside and outside of Iran Nahid became Executive Director of CIS in 2011. July 2013, CIS board of Directors elected Nahid Kalhori as the Secretary General of the Confederation of Iranian Students succeeds long standing Secretary General Amir Abbas Fakhravar.
